About the RoleAs a Regional New Homes Director, you will be responsible for leading our team in the areas of Medway, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel.
- Collaborate with peers across divisions and business areas to build networks and relationships.
- Develop and implement effective project management and organisation strategies.
- Manage multiple responsibilities and tasks, prioritising and delegating as necessary.
- Expert local market knowledge and a demonstrable track record of success within Land and New Homes.
- Ability to coach and develop an effective team.
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills.
- Hunger to earn and drive results.
- Basic salary up to £40,000.
- On-target earnings (OTE commission + basic) £80,000 plus.
- Car allowance of up to £4,500.
