Clinical Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Peripatetic Clinical Development Nurse. As a key member of our clinical governance team, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and continuously improving the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across our Care Homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the performance of each home to ensure it meets the highest clinical standards.
- Review and analyse clinical governance databases and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement practical strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and improve care delivery.
- Work closely with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead clinical investigations and deliver training to staff to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (General) with a current NMC registration, a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements, and experience working in a care home environment. You will also need to be a confident clinical mentor, able to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on action plans.
