Clinical Development Nurse

This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse with experience in care home settings. The successful candidate will lead and support the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across multiple Barchester Care Homes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the performance of each home to ensure high clinical standards
- Review and analyse clinical governance databases and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to implement key actions and address issues
- Develop and lead clinical investigations and training initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (General) with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. You must have experience working in care home environments and be a confident clinical mentor.
