  • Experience working as a learning support assistant and providing individualized support to students
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Education and a passion for delivering high-quality education
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
  • Patience, compassion, and a commitment to creating a safe and supportive learning environment
