School OverviewWe are currently working with a thriving and aspirational SEND Alternate Provision based in Nottinghamshire, seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make a positive difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
Job DetailsThe successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:
- NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Education
- Experience working with challenging behaviour and emotional behavioral disorders
- Previous experience working as a learning support assistant
- Experience working on a 1 to 1 basis with special educational needs
- Enthusiasm about making a positive difference
- Driving license (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Patient and compassionate approach
