We are looking for a skilled Educational Support Worker to join our team at BeBee Professionals in Mansfield. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our inclusive learning programs and helping SEN students achieve their full potential.

About the Role:

This position involves working closely with SEN students to facilitate their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment. You will assist SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher and implement individualized education plans to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to support SEN students, in collaboration with the lead teacher.
  2. Assist SEN students in classroom activities, providing individualized support as needed.
  3. Monitor progress and adjust individualized education plans accordingly.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • An associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs.
  • A strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students.
