Winner Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN specialist to join their team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in the East Midlands area.

This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience working with SEN children, young people, or vulnerable adults within an education setting.

The successful candidate will support the Hub Manager and Lead Teachers in planning, preparation, and assessment of the curriculum, as well as teaching on a 1:1 and/or small group sessions as required. Additionally, they will be responsible for pick up and drop off students, promoting learner involvement in decision-making, and acting as a role model for Teaching Assistants.

To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate flexibility, innovation, and a passion for ensuring each child achieves their true potential. They should also hold relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or previous experience as an unqualified teaching assistant/SEN support.
