**Role Overview**
GSL Education, a leading education provider in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Professional to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with students who face behavioural challenges, providing individualised support to help them develop essential skills and strategies for academic success.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children who require additional support and a genuine interest in understanding the complexities of behaviour. A Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience is required, as well as a Clear Enhanced DBS registration.
