Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at TRG, you will be responsible for:
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements
  • Collaborating with project management, business, and technology teams to translate needs into detailed user stories
  • Providing data to product management and senior leadership to support prioritization
  • Documenting business processes through workshops, knowledge sharing, and standards
  • Ensuring business rules are fit for purpose and turned into system requirements
  • Building effective relationships with business sponsors and champions
  • Collaborating with developers, designers, and broader stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience
  • Participating in retrospectives and mentoring staff in your areas of expertise
  • Managing relationships with internal and external teams to ensure service quality remains high

Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with at least five years' experience working cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Relevant professional qualifications
  • Experience in business process modeling, ideally using BPMN
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in working in an agile environment, while maintaining necessary documentation
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions within parameters
  • Ability to create and work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience of working in remote teams
