Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with IT experience to join our expanding team. As a Business Analyst at TRG, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and scaling our platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements, and translate these into actionable user stories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business & Systems Analysis
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements
  • Work closely with project management, business, and technology teams to translate needs into detailed user stories
  • Provide data to product management and senior leadership to support prioritization

Business Process Improvement

  • Through workshops, knowledge sharing, and standards, partner across the business to document business processes
  • Capture business rules alongside processes; build effective relationships with business sponsors and champions

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and broader stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience
  • Participate in Agile planning sprints to support the prioritization and management of the team's capacity
  • Manage relationships with internal and external teams to ensure service quality remains high

Requirements

  • Experience in business process modeling, ideally using BPMN
  • Experience in working in an agile environment, while maintaining necessary documentation
