Job OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with IT experience to join our expanding team. This is a challenging and varied role that will give you a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our platform and business.
As a Business Analyst at TRG, you'll be a key member of our team, working closely with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements. You'll translate these needs into detailed user stories, providing data to support prioritization and ensuring that our systems meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Business & Systems Analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements
- Work closely with project management, business, and technology teams to translate needs into detailed user stories
- Provide data to support prioritization and ensure that our systems meet the needs of our clients
- Process Standards
- Document business processes through workshops, knowledge sharing, and standards
- Capture business rules alongside processes and ensure they are fit for purpose
- Owning process documentation standards and ensuring they are met
- Stakeholder Management
- Build effective relationships with business sponsors and champions
- Team
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and broader stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience
- Participate in retrospectives and mentor staff in your areas of expertise
- Participate in Agile planning sprints to support prioritization and management of the team's capacity
- Manage relationships with internal and external teams to ensure service quality remains high
- At least five years' experience working cross-functionally
- Relevant professional qualifications
- Experience in business process modelling, ideally using BPMN
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in working in an agile environment, while maintaining necessary documentation
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Ability to create and work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of working in remote teams
