About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at 15below Ltd. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain expert knowledge of our business systems and processes, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system, enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, and other business-critical applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs) and other technical documentation to ensure that business needs are clearly communicated to technical teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions that meet business needs and are aligned with company goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to business stakeholders to ensure that they have the necessary information and resources to make informed decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and vendors.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on business systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of business systems, including CRM, ERP, and other business-critical applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with business requirements documentation and technical documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
