Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with IT experience to join our expanding team. This is a challenging role that will put you at the heart of how we grow and scale our platform and business. You will be a natural good communicator, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, a flexible approach, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at TRG, your key responsibilities will include:

Business & Systems Analysis

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements
  • Work closely with project management, business, and technology teams to translate needs into detailed user stories
  • Provide data to product management and senior leadership to support prioritization

Process Standards

  • Document business processes through workshops, knowledge sharing, and standards
  • Capture business rules alongside processes; ensure they are fit for purpose and turned into system requirements
  • Owning process documentation standards and ensuring they are met

Stakeholder Management

  • Build effective relationships with business sponsors and champions

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and broader stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience
  • Participate in retrospectives and mentor staff in your areas of expertise
  • Participate in Agile planning sprints to support the prioritization and management of the team's capacity
  • Manage relationships with internal and external teams to ensure service quality remains high

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned BA with at least five years' experience working cross-functionally. This person will also have:

  • Relevant professional qualifications
  • Experience in business process modeling, ideally using BPMN
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in working in an agile environment, while maintaining the necessary documentation
  • Ability to work independently to a very high level using your own initiative, being decisive within parameters
  • Ability to create and work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience of working in remote teams
