About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements
  • Work closely with project management, business, and technology teams to translate needs into detailed user stories
  • Provide data to product management and senior leadership to support prioritization

Business & Systems Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document business processes and capture business rules
  • Ensure process documentation standards are met and maintained

Stakeholder Management

  • Build effective relationships with business sponsors and champions

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and broader stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience
  • Participate in retrospectives and mentor staff in your areas of expertise
  • Participate in Agile planning sprints to support the prioritization and management of the team's capacity
  • Manage relationships with internal and external teams to ensure service quality remains high

Requirements

  • At least five years' experience working cross-functionally
  • Relevant professional qualifications
  • Experience in business process modeling, ideally using BPMN
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in working in an agile environment, while maintaining necessary documentation
  • Ability to work independently to a high level using your own initiative
  • Ability to create and work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience of working in remote teams
