About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team at Liberty. As a key member of our Social Media team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging social media content that showcases Liberty's people, place, and product across all our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy and Creation
    • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Liberty's brand values and objectives.
    • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Content Calendar Management
    • Manage and update the daily and weekly content calendars for select Liberty social channels.
    • Schedule and publish content that meets our brand's tone and style.
  • Community Engagement
    • Build and maintain a strong community of artistic shoppers by engaging with comments and direct messages in a tone that reflects Liberty's brand voice.
    • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform content strategy and optimization.
    • Provide regular reports on social media performance to the Social Media Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the Social Media Specialist, graphic design, studio, editorial, marketing, events, buying, press, partnerships, and events teams to ensure a joined-up approach to social media that meets business needs.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and trends.
    • Excellent writing and creative thinking skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications in social media marketing or content creation.
