Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Client Partner to join our dynamic team at Snap Inc. In this role, you will cultivate and oversee partnerships with brands and agencies, assisting them in amplifying their digital presence on our platform. Success in this position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, project management capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Deliver exceptional sales and operational support to our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and execute best practices for client engagement and service delivery.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations utilizing market insights and case studies.
  • Educate clients on our products and best practices for optimal use.
  • Formulate and execute tailored strategies for each account in your portfolio, aiming to enhance and deepen client relationships.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Guide clients in aligning their strategies with our success frameworks while balancing their objectives.
  • Maintain robust client relationships, identifying areas for advocacy and seeking internal support to elevate client experiences.
  • Lead presentations with confidence, encouraging thoughtful dialogue to ensure mutual long-term success.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of social media, mobile applications, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience engaging with C-Level executives and securing stakeholder support.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Experience in leading strategic meetings and engaging with senior leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

  • Demonstrated success in nurturing relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
