About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing and Brand Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing and Brand Engagement team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our online presence, creating engaging content, and driving growth and engagement on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing multiple projects and tasks to support the development and execution of creative and engaging campaigns across various channels.
  • Support the day-to-day handling of all online channels, including content sourcing, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Assist with the development of the company's marketing and brand engagement output through content creation and messaging.
  • Help with analysis and reporting on competitor activity and ongoing audience/market research.
  • Perform various reporting and administration tasks to help monitor, track, and analyze performance on various platforms.
  • Support the development and growth of the department by providing support as needed across various projects and tasks.

What You'll Need:

  • A clear understanding of digital marketing and brand engagement, with a passion for creating engaging content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good reporting and analytical skills.
  • A creative eye for engaging content.
  • Highly personable and able to form great working relationships.
  • Great organization skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and use your initiative.
  • A 'can do' and 'no job is too small' attitude.
  • Integrity and honesty in all that you do.
  • An excellent academic record and work experience.
