Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a social media client-facing role, including community management and experience managing global or regional social media accounts for consumer brands.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven experience working across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, with a strong understanding of emerging social media platforms.
  • Creativity and Strategy: A keen eye for exciting, shareable content, and the ability to craft creative ideas that drive results.
  • Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth content production and campaign execution.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) and video editing software, with experience using social media scheduling platforms and social listening tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in grammar, aesthetics, and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Paid Social Understanding: Awareness of how paid social can be leveraged to achieve business results.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional weekends to cover exciting live events.
  • Team Player: Eager to collaborate, share ideas, and support your team in a fast-paced environment.
