About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team at Liberty. As a key member of our Social Media team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging social media content that showcases Liberty's people, place, and product across all our social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on the performance of content on a weekly and ad-hoc basis, providing actionable insights to inform future content strategies.
- Develop and implement social media content calendars, scheduling and publishing content that aligns with Liberty's brand tone and voice.
- Pitch innovative social-first content ideas that resonate with our target audience and support the creation of engaging content that drives brand awareness and loyalty.
- Engage with our community of artistic shoppers through comments and direct messages, fostering a positive and inclusive brand experience.
- Write compelling copy that reflects Liberty's tone of voice and supports the development of social media content that drives results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic design, studio, editorial, marketing, events, buying, press, partnerships, and events teams to ensure a cohesive approach to social media that meets business objectives.
- Support the development and presentation of social media plans for key product launches, affiliate projects, influencer campaigns, and brand promotions.
- Attend after-hours events and external locations to produce content for social media channels, working with talent, photographers, and videographers as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media content creation, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and trends.
- Excellent copywriting and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor and report on content performance and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Excellent organization and timekeeping skills, with the ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to cope well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in social media management tools and community management across social media platforms.
- Knowledge of the luxury retail landscape and a passion for the Liberty brand.
