Program Manager, Network Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, Network Planning to join our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team in our EU headquarters. As a key member of our network planning team, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver customer packages faster, more reliably, and at a lower cost.
Key Responsibilities- Develop tailored supply chain strategies and operating models for diverse business needs.
- Assess current processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to pinpoint bottlenecks and areas for process enhancement.
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and devise solutions.
- Facilitate the implementation of new processes and best practices to address issues.
- Contribute to comprehensive project plans and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend adjustments to keep initiatives on track.

Requirements- A degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience in supply chain
- Experience defining program
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
