Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead our Day 1 and Day 2 implementation programs with significant global impact. As a key member of our Corporate Infrastructure Services team, you will be responsible for managing large and complex projects that span organizations and geographies, driving teams to deliver strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and own complex projects with enterprise-wide impact, collaborating with engineering teams to develop Network Infrastructure solutions.
  • Drive proof of concepts, develop technical documents required for service deployment, and manage end-to-end Bill of Materials and change management.
  • Establish the forward-looking strategy and gain support for implementation, conducting pre-project requirement gathering, scoping, project approval, planning, and overseeing delivery and verification of strategic goals.
  • Develop gap analysis, functional specifications, project schedules, and milestones, working with stakeholders to identify resources, assemble project teams, and delegate responsibilities.
  • Assess costs, benefits, and risks, and identify and respond to risks and high-priority issues rapidly and effectively through effective action and appropriate escalation.
  • Balance business needs with technical and security requirements, clearly communicating goals, responsibilities, issues, and status to customers and senior managers.
  • Lead and streamline the transition of IT Services into production, ensuring changes are effectively released, and feedback mechanisms are established.
  • Publish accurate and concise reports on time to maintain visibility and accountability.
Requirements
  • Experience in technical product or technical program management, with a strong understanding of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules, with a focus on Enterprise Level Infrastructure Services.
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams, and exposure to multiple project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent organization, quantitative, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Enterprise Level Program Management, with a focus on leading or operating complex programs.
  • Experience with information security, relational databases, and cloud computing, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture.
