To ensure the security of our operations and maintain continuity, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Sortation Centre Solutions (SC Solutions) team as a Senior Program Manager for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an Individual Contributor supporting the Security and Loss Prevention team in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of risk-based security initiatives tailored to Sortation Operations within EMEA.
- Design and execute comprehensive security projects and programs that align with organizational objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks while formulating effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish strategic goals and roadmaps, driving key initiatives across the region.
- Collaborate with senior management throughout EMEA to foster a culture of security awareness, maintain positive relationships, and share successful programs and insights with global teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or equivalent (e.g., business, project management, criminal justice, security management).
- Demonstrated experience in industry practices, including leading projects and programs aimed at reducing operational risks.
- Experience managing a geographically dispersed team, including development, hiring, and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formula creation).
- Advanced written and verbal English skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An advanced degree or equivalent (e.g., business, criminal justice, security management).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Diploma for Certified Security Management Professionals (CSMP)).
- Project management certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt).
- Experience in project management and delivery.
- Upper intermediate proficiency in a second European language.
