**Become a Behaviour Support Specialist**

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team at Positive Futures. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or autism.

 

**The Role:** Our ideal candidate will have experience in a health or social care setting, preferably with a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or a Psychology Degree. You will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and acting as a strong role model for other staff members. Your expertise will help deliver our mission to empower adults to live the life they want now and in the future.
