Facilities Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel. This role is responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and that guests have a safe and comfortable stay.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing daily maintenance tasks to prevent faults and repairs
- Coordinating plumbing and electrical work, including unblocking drains, repairing/replacing taps, and conducting minor electrical tasks
- Overseeing Health and Safety tasks, including weekly fire alarm tests, water temperature monitoring, and showerhead descaling
- Maintaining HVAC systems, including filter cleaning and replacement
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for career growth and professional development.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- A strong understanding of Health and Safety protocols in the workplace
- The ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekdays and weekends
