About Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd: Our client, a leading developer of new homes in Chorley, is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Executive- Shared Ownership to join their team.
Job Overview: As a Shared Ownership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the journey to homeownership. You'll provide expert advice, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure that clients find a home that meets their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective buyers via phone, email, and in-person to explain the Shared Ownership process.
- Conduct viewings and site tours, showcasing the benefits of properties within the program.
- Assess customers' eligibility for Shared Ownership schemes and provide tailored advice.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to completion.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local property market and Shared Ownership regulations.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and housing association partners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and service.
About You:
- Experience: Proven experience in property sales, real estate, or a customer-facing sales environment. Experience in Shared Ownership is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Shared Ownership schemes and the housing market is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Attitude: A proactive, professional, and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Technology: Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
