Finance Administrator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to fill the position of Finance Administrator in our West Malling office.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000.

About the Position

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Generating and distributing weekly/monthly reports to Senior Managers (management accounts, sales updates)
  • Maintaining Balance Sheet accounts to audit level standards with Management Accountants
  • Providing Management Information and Reporting to Business Managers
  • Credit Card reconciliation, allocation and postings
  • Weekly Payroll reconciliation checks
  • Processing Invoices to the Accounts Payable team according to the Signing authority matrix
  • Handling requests through the Service Now Platform
Requirements

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a Finance Team, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
