About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Business Solutions team based in Maidstone, Kent. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting, bookkeeping, and VAT services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform bookkeeping duties using Sage, Xero, or client-specific software.
  • Prepare periodical management accounts and report in the required format.
  • Assist with financial statement preparation and corporation tax returns on an ad hoc basis.
  • Develop professional letters and emails to clients.
  • Provide value-added services tailored to client needs.
  • Support team members and act as a team player.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Bookkeeping experience using Sage/Xero is desirable.
