Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced accountant to join our team as a Financial Services Professional. Reporting to the Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for preparing management accounts, assisting with financial statements, and managing corporation tax and self-assessment tax returns. In addition, you will train and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Management Accounts: Ensure timely and accurate reporting for SME clients.
- Assist with Financial Statements: Support the preparation of statutory accounts for clients.
- Corporation Tax and Self-Assessment Tax Returns: Prepare tax computations for directors and companies for review by the Corporate Tax Manager.
- Train and Mentor Junior Team Members: Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards, including tax laws and regulations. Cloud accounting experience, preferably with QuickBooks and Xero, is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work effectively in a team, communicate complex information clearly, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal development.

What We Offer
This role offers a competitive salary in the range of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience. We also offer study support for AAT, ACA or ACCA qualifications, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, company pensions scheme, and various other benefits.
