We are looking for a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Officer to join our team in Tamworth, Staffordshire. As an ICT Technical Support Officer, you will be part of a small team delivering a responsive IT Service Desk function, supporting staff and members with efficient problem resolution, advice, support, and requests for service.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in an IT support role, be ITIL aware, and possess excellent knowledge in technologies such as Windows desktop and server operating systems, Microsoft 365, Entra/Active Directory/Azure, Intune, VMware ESXi/Horizon View, and a good understanding of Cyber Security and associated technologies.

This is a hybrid working position with time split between office and home working; the successful candidate will be offered appropriate equipment but must have a fast and stable internet connection and a suitable home working environment. Estimated salary: £33,366-£37,938 per annum.

The role involves managing workload in an organised and efficient manner to meet SLAs and internal deadlines, providing excellent customer service and communication skills, and being part of a team committed to continuous improvement and organisational digital transformation.

Key Requirements:

  • ITIL awareness
  • Experience in an IT support role
  • Excellent knowledge in technologies such as Windows, Microsoft 365, and Cyber Security
