Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at ITSS Recruitment, an established Microsoft Partnered Managed Service Provider.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is focused on client relations and does not include sales to new prospects or clients. As an ideal candidate, you will be a motivated IT professional with excellent communication skills and prior experience in IT Sales/Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with designated clients
  • Arrange regular meetings to understand client needs and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Map client requirements to our portfolio of services, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Organize client meetings and activities to achieve monthly gross margin targets
  • Maintain awareness of competitive threats and pressures, providing internal feedback and recommendations
  • Monitor client satisfaction and advise on improvements as needed
  • Forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Document all client activity and developments on our CRM system
  • Complete sales reporting by agreed deadlines
  • Act as a client advocate within the business, ensuring additional resources are fulfilled

The position offers hybrid working from Tamworth or home, with travel to client sites in the West Midlands (travel costs reimbursed). Optional team-building and social events will also take place at our London headquarters.

Salary: Up to £55K basic, £75K OTE + bonus (£57,500 - £77,500 per annum)
