Courier Delivery Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Courier Delivery Associate to join our team at the Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across a designated area.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of community spirit, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
In terms of benefits, this role offers a competitive salary of £12.54 per hour, paid monthly, as well as overtime paid at 1.25 times the hourly rate. You will also receive 22.5 days' holiday, rising with service, plus a range of other benefits including a company pension scheme, career development opportunities, and excellent family-friendly support.
Job Requirements:
- Be able to deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of community spirit
- Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary: Based on a 30-hour week, your estimated annual salary would be approximately £27,700.
