About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expansion for Oscar Associates (UK) Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships and negotiating agreements.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have experience working with Telephony, Cybersecurity, Managed Print, and Disaster Recovery solutions.

Work Environment:

This role requires a hybrid work pattern, with a combination of office and field-based work. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent time management skills.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, uncapped OTE (£85k by year 2), and a car allowance are offered.
