">We're seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Operations Administrator. As part of our Operations Centre, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services and supporting our drivers and customers.
">A Day in the Life

- Coordinate service routes and ensure timely deliveries to our customers.">
- Communicate effectively with our drivers, clients, and head office to resolve any queries or issues.">
- Work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.">
- E nsure accurate processing of employee work and completion of tasks within agreed timeframes.">
- Prepare data for and facilitate briefing and debriefing sessions for our drivers.">
- M onitor service progress and identify areas for improvement to relay to our Operations Manager.">
- E nsure all completed routes and attendance are processed in real-time for accurate reporting.">
