About the Role

We're seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Operations Administrator. As part of our Operations Centre, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services and supporting our drivers and customers.

A Day in the Life

">
  1. ">
  2. Coordinate service routes and ensure timely deliveries to our customers.">
  3. Communicate effectively with our drivers, clients, and head office to resolve any queries or issues.">
  4. Work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.">
  5. E nsure accurate processing of employee work and completion of tasks within agreed timeframes.">
  6. Prepare data for and facilitate briefing and debriefing sessions for our drivers.">
  7. M onitor service progress and identify areas for improvement to relay to our Operations Manager.">
  8. E nsure all completed routes and attendance are processed in real-time for accurate reporting.">
