As a passionate and dedicated Studio Manager at Spring, you will play a crucial role in supporting the M&S account. This position is ideal for someone with experience in photography, either as a photographer or assistant. Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of photography, lighting, and equipment is essential.
  • Administration Excellence: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to deliver tasks consistently.
  • Technical/Professional Experience: Strong IT skills, including Excel and Word, are required.
  • Photographic Guides: Keeping the photographic guides for each brand up-to-date.
  • Photographer's Assistant: Assisting with light adjustments.
  • Studio References: Managing the printing and pinning of creative references required on set.
  • Lighting: Collaborating with the Spring Lighting team to ensure correct equipment and conducting quality control of the lighting setup.
  • Coffee and Lunch Order: Supporting the production team with coffee orders and managing lunch orders.
  • Team Building: Fostering positive relationships with photographers and on-set teams.
  • Support Sample Team: Assisting sample coordinators in managing rail flow to and from sample management.
