Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in the South East region.
Your primary objective will be to maximise sales in your area through effective leadership and motivation of your team. You will develop and implement sales strategies for each site, including price recommendations, and work closely with the regional marketing team to agree forward marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the Welcome Centre, Office, and Show Apartments for new developments
- Recruiting, inducting, and training new Sales Executives
- Conducting local research, competition research, and pricing exercises
- Attending and participating in promotional presentations and events
- Monitoring interest shown in developments and maintaining site presentation and standards
About You
We are looking for a sales leader with previous experience in new homes, property, or estate agency environments. You will have a proven ability to support and inspire your team, and be a visible presence in their lives. You will thrive in a fast-paced, commercial, and target-driven environment, and be comfortable producing reports and ensuring data accuracy.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing, and a determination to succeed. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
