About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Churchill Retirement Living. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional results in the South East region.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize sales performance, working closely with our regional marketing team to agree forward marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth and performance
  • Leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Conducting local research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Attending and participating in promotional presentations and events
  • Monitoring sales performance and providing regular feedback and coaching to the sales team
