We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives in the South East region, focusing on the Sussex and Surrey areas.
Your primary objective will be to maximize sales in your area through effective leadership and motivation of your team. You will develop and implement sales strategies for each site, including price recommendations, and work closely with the regional marketing team to agree forward marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the Welcome Centre, Office, and Show Apartments
- Recruitment, induction, and training of new Sales Executives
- Conducting local research, competition research, and pricing exercises
- Attending and participating in promotional presentations and events
- Monitoring the interest shown in developments
- Site presentation and standards
About You
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with previous experience in new homes, property, or estate agency environments. You should have a proven track record of supporting and inspiring your team, and be comfortable with being a visible presence in their lives. You will appreciate the importance of regular site visits and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, commercial, and target-driven environment. You will have a proactive approach to sales and marketing, and be comfortable producing reports with accurate data and narrative.
