We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the South East region.
Your primary objective will be to maximize sales in your area through effective leadership and motivation of your team. You will be responsible for developing the sales strategy for each site, including price recommendations, and working closely with the regional marketing team to agree forward marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of the Welcome Centre, Office, and Show Apartments
- Recruitment, induction, and training of new Sales Executives
- Conducting local research, competition research, and pricing exercises
- Attending and participating in promotional presentations and events
- Monitoring the interest shown in developments
- Site presentation and standards
We are looking for a talented and target-driven individual with previous sales management experience within new homes, property, or an estate agency environment. You will have a proven ability to support and inspire your team, and be comfortable and confident producing reports, ensuring the data is accurate and your narrative brings the numbers to life.
Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, commercial, and target-driven environment, with excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing, and a determination to succeed.
