We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support our Group and Regional sales teams in Ringwood. As Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales teams, including general typing and administration duties, regular contact with field-based sales teams, and the administration of site set-ups and sales release packs. You will also be responsible for updating our CRM system, producing price matrices and stock plot information, and providing forecasts and reports of sales activity and NHBC data.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Administration Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the sales teams. You will be responsible for managing a busy workload, working on your own initiative, and communicating effectively with the sales teams and other stakeholders. You will also be IT literate with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, and database packages.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent administration and communication skills, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional support to the sales teams.
