We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our team at The Cambian Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to adults with mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a caring environment and be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. You will also need to possess good communication skills, the ability to keep calm under pressure, and confidence to work alone and as part of a team.

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including up to 28 days' holiday, a Blue Light Discount Card, and access to a wide range of free online courses for self-development.

In addition to your salary and benefits, you will have the opportunity to work towards a qualification in Social Care through our free training programme. Our Employee Assistance Programme is also available to support your well-being and career development.
