Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £24,760 - £30,660 based on 37 hours per week at £11.90 per hour. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card with access to over 15,000 discounts nationwide.

Job Description

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients to live safer and more independent lives in their own homes. This will involve following individual care plans, assisting with personal care, helping with practical tasks such as shopping and meal preparation, and providing emotional support and companionship.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals who are able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. While no prior experience in social care is necessary, you will need to have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care services.
