We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes across the community.
Job Summary:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including washing, dressing, and nutrition.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
- Assist clients with medication management and safe moving and handling.
- Deliver a shopping service to clients when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively to deliver person-centered care.
