At C M Community Care Limited, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires working alternative weekends and a share of out-of-hours phone duty as part of a wider team.
We value our staff and offer a highly competitive salary range of £26,500 - £30,000 per annum, paid by BACS every four weeks. In addition to a stable employment contract with regular hours, you will also receive travel paid, free uniform and PPE, and a pension included for those who meet the criteria.
The successful candidate will have a natural caring approach to life, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and experience in a care setting. We invest heavily in innovative software to minimize time spent inputting data and maximize the time you can spend helping clients and staff alike. Our company has been awarded lead contracts with Local Councils owing to our superb reputation.
This role offers many internal progression opportunities, it is always our first option to look at staff internally when new senior roles evolve. Free full training provided plus further specialist diploma opportunities ensure you are the best you can be. You will also qualify for an Earlypay system, allowing you to draw pay automatically to your own bank account in seconds in advance of your wages as you earn.
