Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Broadband Technical Team in Darlington. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers with broadband-related queries, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, resolving their broadband-related queries and issues.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
