About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Northgate Vehicle Hire. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer data and communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Take ownership of issues and ensure satisfactory resolutions with minimal escalations
  • Proactively identify customers' needs and offer solutions
  • Keep up to date with developments and changes within the business to ensure accurate information is given to customers
  • Develop knowledge and training across multiple teams and activities

Requirements:

  • Impeccable administration and organisational skills
  • Good IT literacy and technical skills
  • Ability to understand and empathise with customer queries and complaints
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative work environment and strong relationships with colleagues
