About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment and has a passion for theatre. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle ticket sales, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to visitors to the box office
  • Handle ticket sales, returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate point of sale systems and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with events and productions as required

Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience working in a busy sales environment
  • Interest in theatre and arts industry
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £26,750 per annum, depending on experience.
