About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Business Development team at Search. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to grow with our company and thrive in a supportive yet challenging sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on warm and cold leads to build rapport with potential and existing clients, encouraging them to adopt our software solutions.
  • Promote the benefits of our software in comparison to competitors, highlighting its unique value proposition.
  • Generate referrals and new leads to maximize sales potential, working closely with our sales team to achieve common goals.
  • Go the extra mile when speaking with clients to win more business, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work towards achievable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, preferably in a Business Development Executive or Business Development Manager role.
  • Ability to work effectively towards independent and team targets, prioritizing tasks accordingly.
  • Effective objection handling skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales conversations.
  • Motivation, enthusiasm, and a drive for success, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with working to set targets and being driven by financial incentives, with a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of recruitment agencies and software sales experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
