Joining BSE as a Business Development Manager for a hybrid field-based and office-based role where you'll take the lead in achieving ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth goals. You’ll have the opportunity to generate leads, build valuable new relationships, and maximise referrals through strategic networking and client engagement. Role Objectives:

  • You'll attend meetings organised by the internal sales development team and proactively book and attend your own self-generated meetings.
  • You'll take charge of closing exciting new sales opportunities and contribute to company growth.
  • You'll be developing a robust referral network with accountants and business introducers to expand our reach.
  • Fostering and maintaining meaningful relationships with your clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gaining in-depth technical knowledge of our products to surpass your goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Be a BSE brand ambassador at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events, showcasing our business to potential clients and partners.
  • Source and arrange engaging seminars with our associates and corporate partners to enhance our market presence.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of necessary documents from clients for pre-qualification and sign them up effectively.
  • Apply your existing sales skills and techniques to identify client needs and seize any opportunities that arise.

Your profile:

BSE is seeking a dynamic sales professional with at least 2 years of B2B experience and a proven track record in client relationship management and retention, using in house systems to generate business from existing leads. We are looking for someone eager to learn and understand our services, enabling you to effectively engage and sell to new and existing clients.

**The role includes fieldwork, requiring the need for a car and a valid driver's license**
