Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Focus 5 Recruitment. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 150+ existing client accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
