About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing business with a strong focus on sales and marketing. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with recruitment agencies and contractors, generating referrals and new business leads, and advising and assisting customers with their payroll needs.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Generate new business leads and referrals through proactive sales and marketing efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and contractors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and legislation to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a B2B/B2C sales environment with a track record of achieving sales KPIs
- Basic Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
